Sourced direct from the manufacturer

Every machine we list ships from the manufacturer or their authorized distributor, in the original crate, with the manufacturer's own warranty. We don't rebox, rebrand or drop-ship from marketplace sellers.

Specifications you can check

Where a manufacturer doesn't publish a number, we leave the row out rather than estimate it. If a spec you need isn't here, call us and we'll get it from the manufacturer.

Freight handled properly

Equipment this size moves on an LTL freight carrier, not a parcel van. We check your address for truck access before the order ships, and we'll tell you honestly if you need a liftgate or a pallet jack at your end.

About this product

The Katool KT-H115Z is an 11,000 lb capacity two-post lift - a useful step up from the usual 9,000 and 10,000 lb machines if you regularly have three-quarter ton pickups or loaded vans on the lift.

It lifts to 70.8 inches and comes down to 3.9 inches, which is low, with 98.4 inches of drive-thru clearance and 110.2 inches between the columns. Overall height is 110.9 inches, so it fits under a ceiling that would rule out most overhead lifts.

The arms are two-stage front and rear: 29.5 to 46 inches at the front, 35.4 to 58.2 inches at the rear. Screw-on pads and 100 mm extension adapters are included.

Specifications

Included: adjustable adapters, screw-on pads and 100 mm extension adapters.

Two corrections worth making plainly, because this lift is listed wrongly in a lot of places. Katool's designation is KT-H115Z, not AK-H115Z. And Katool publishes the motor as 2.2 kW and states no horsepower figure at all - the 3.0 HP and 4.0 HP numbers circulating on marketplace listings are not Katool's and do not agree with each other. The figure above is what the manufacturer publishes.

The CE mark is not an ALI certification. Katool does not publish an ALI certification for this lift and does not appear in the Automotive Lift Institute's directory. If ALI matters for your insurer, tell us and we will point you at a certified alternative.

Katool does not publish a concrete thickness, PSI rating or breaker size for this model. We are not going to guess at them. Call 406-604-0949 before you order and we will get the installation specification from Katool in writing.

Will it fit your bay?

Enter your bay's ceiling height and the tallest vehicle you'll lift. This gives you the working clearance you'd have left. Check it against the maximum lifting height in the Specifications above.

Enter both measurements to see your clearance.

Delivery and installation

1

We confirm your order

When your order comes in we check stock with the manufacturer and confirm the shipping address is one a freight truck can actually reach. If anything looks tight (a narrow street, a steep drive, a gated community, a loading dock you don't have) we'll call you at this stage rather than after the truck is dispatched. Orders of $499 or more ship free.

2

It ships by freight

Equipment this size ships bolted to a pallet on an LTL (less-than-truckload) freight carrier. That is a different service from UPS or FedEx: the carrier calls you to schedule a delivery window, and someone needs to be there to meet the truck and sign for it. You'll get the carrier name and PRO tracking number by email once it leaves the warehouse.

3

What the driver does

The driver brings the pallet to the back of the truck and no further. Standard freight delivery is to the curb or the end of your driveway, not into your garage, and the driver will not carry, position, uncrate or assemble anything.

If you don't have a forklift, ask us about a liftgate before you order. A liftgate is a powered platform that lowers the pallet from truck height to the ground; that's all it does. It does not move the pallet to your bay and it has a weight limit that some of the heavier lifts exceed. Once the pallet is on the ground it is yours to move, which for equipment this heavy means a pallet jack on flat, solid ground, or two to four people and a plan.

Call us at 406-604-0949 and we'll tell you honestly whether your delivery needs a liftgate, and whether the model you're looking at is too heavy for one.

4

Inspect before you sign

This is the step that protects you, and it takes ten minutes. Before you sign the delivery receipt, walk the pallet: check the crate for punctures, crushed corners and shifted banding, and check the column and rail surfaces for gouges.

If anything is damaged, write it on the delivery receipt before you sign it ("carton crushed, column scratched," whatever you see) and photograph it while the truck is still there. A signed clean receipt tells the carrier the freight arrived in good order, and once you've signed one, a damage claim becomes very hard to win. Note the damage, sign, keep your copy, and call us the same day at 406-604-0949. We'll get the claim moving with the manufacturer.

Returns

Return terms are set by the manufacturer and differ by brand, so we don't quote a blanket window or fee we might not be able to honour. Equipment must be unused and in its original crate. Call 406-604-0949 before you order if the return terms matter to your decision; we'll get them in writing for that exact model.

Transit damage is not a return. It's a freight claim, and it's ours to handle, not yours. It depends entirely on noting the damage on the delivery receipt before you sign. See "Inspect before you sign" above.

For larger orders we accept payment by bank wire. Call 406-604-0949 and we'll send the transfer details and confirm the order once funds arrive.
