Returns

If a piece of equipment is not right for your shop, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and still on its pallet where it arrived on one. Contact us first so we can issue a return authorization number and arrange freight pickup.

Because this equipment is heavy and ships by freight, return shipping and a restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns. We will tell you the exact amount in writing before you commit to the return.

Damaged or defective equipment is handled differently. Report freight damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item, and we will work directly with the carrier or manufacturer to repair, replace, or refund at no cost to you.
