Shipping Information

TourqueBay ships lifts, air compressors, tire changers, and wheel balancers throughout the continental United States. Most equipment over 500 lb moves by LTL freight on a pallet, and the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment before the truck arrives.

Freight deliveries are curbside by default. If you do not have a forklift or loading dock, add liftgate service at checkout and have a second person available to help receive the pallet. Inspect every shipment before you sign for it and note any damage on the delivery receipt, since that receipt is what supports a freight claim.

Typical transit time is 3 to 10 business days depending on your region and whether the item ships from our warehouse or direct from the manufacturer. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order leaves the dock.
