Warranty Information

Every piece of equipment we sell carries the manufacturer's warranty. Coverage varies by brand and by product line, so the specific term for your machine is listed on its product page and in the paperwork that ships with it. As a general guide, lifts commonly carry longer structural coverage than they do on wear parts, hydraulics, and electrical components.

Warranty claims are handled through the manufacturer, and we help you open and track them. Have your order number, the machine's serial number, and photos or a short video of the fault ready when you contact us; that is almost always what the manufacturer asks for first.

Warranty coverage assumes the equipment was installed, anchored, and maintained per the manufacturer's instructions, and that any required inspection or certification was carried out. Damage from improper installation, overloading, or missed maintenance is not covered.
