The Atlas SBC1200 is a large bench-standing sandblast cabinet with a self-contained dust collection system. The work area is 46 by 51 inches and 33 1/2 inches high - big enough for a set of wheels, a cylinder head, a bumper bracket or a trailing arm without fighting the cabinet.
Top-opening doors at both the front and the rear mean you can load long parts straight through rather than wrestling them in from one side. Two viewing windows and 24 inch gauntlet gloves come fitted.
The dust collector is built in - a side-mounted vacuum with a cartridge filter and a bottom gate clean-out, so emptying spent media is a lever rather than a job. That is the difference between a cabinet you use and one you avoid using.
Specifications
Included: two heavy-duty blasting guns with replaceable ceramic nozzles, two foot-operated control valves, spare nozzles and plastic protectors, two viewing windows and gloves.
Not included: blasting media. Atlas recommends glass bead. You will also need a compressor that can genuinely hold 24 CFM at 125 PSI - that is a serious air demand and a small workshop compressor will not keep up with it. If you are not sure whether yours will, call 406-604-0949 and tell us what you have before you order.
Atlas does not publish a warranty term for this cabinet. Ask us and we will get it in writing from Atlas before you buy.

This item ships by ground parcel service rather than freight, so there's no delivery appointment to schedule. Orders of $499 or more ship free, and tracking goes out by email once it leaves the warehouse.

We confirm stock and access
We check availability with the manufacturer and confirm your delivery address works for the carrier. If something needs discussing, we call you before anything ships.
Tracking reaches you by email
Once the order leaves the warehouse you get the carrier and tracking number. For freight shipments the carrier contacts you to arrange a delivery window.
You inspect, then sign
Check the crate and the equipment before you sign the delivery receipt. Note any damage on the receipt, photograph it, and call us the same day.
Returns
Return terms are set by the manufacturer and differ by brand. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Call 406-604-0949 before sending anything back and we'll arrange it, and read our refund policy for the full terms.
