Available to orderCheck the fit before you order. Ceiling height, door width and the route from the street decide whether equipment this size can be delivered and installed. Two minutes on the phone saves a freight truck turning around: 406-604-0949.
Sourced direct from the manufacturer
Every machine we list ships from the manufacturer or their authorized distributor, in the original crate, with the manufacturer's own warranty. We don't rebox, rebrand or drop-ship from marketplace sellers.
Specifications you can check
Where a manufacturer doesn't publish a number, we leave the row out rather than estimate it. If a spec you need isn't here, call us and we'll get it from the manufacturer.
Freight handled properly
Equipment this size moves on an LTL freight carrier, not a parcel van. We check your address for truck access before the order ships, and we'll tell you honestly if you need a liftgate or a pallet jack at your end.

The AMGO OH-9 is a 9,000 lb capacity overhead two-post lift - the sensible size for a home garage or a light commercial bay handling cars, crossovers and half-ton pickups.
Clear floor between the columns, arms down to 3 9/16 inches, and lift to 71 7/16 to 73 3/8 inches on the pads or 74 7/16 to 76 5/16 inches with the extension adapters. Drive-thru clearance is 99 1/2 inches.
Overall height is 143 1/8 inches in the standard configuration, with a taller 151 inch option. Measure your ceiling, and remember you need clearance above the finished height to stand the columns during installation.
Specifications
Supplied with the user manual and AMGO warranty card.
A note on the figures. AMGO's product page and its installation manual differ by a sixteenth or two on some of the heights, and by a little more on the minimum pad height. The table above uses AMGO's product page. If you are working to a tight clearance, call 406-604-0949 and we will get the exact figure confirmed rather than let you order on a number that moves.
AMGO does not publish an ALI certification for this model, and it does not appear in the Automotive Lift Institute's directory. AMGO states that its power unit is ETL certified. That is an absence of published lift certification rather than a failed test - AMGO's OH-10 is the one model in the range that carries ALI certification, so ask us about that one if certification is a requirement.
Manufacturer figures. The full specification sheet and installation details are in the AMGO installation manual.
Concrete, anchoring and electrical requirements are published in that manual and should be reviewed with a licensed electrician, and with a concrete contractor if you are not certain what is under your floor. Call 406-604-0949 before you order and we will go through bay fit, ceiling height and delivery access with you.

Will it fit your bay?
Enter your bay's ceiling height and the tallest vehicle you'll lift. This gives you the working clearance you'd have left. Check it against the maximum lifting height in the Specifications above.
Delivery and installation
We confirm your order
When your order comes in we check stock with the manufacturer and confirm the shipping address is one a freight truck can actually reach. If anything looks tight (a narrow street, a steep drive, a gated community, a loading dock you don't have) we'll call you at this stage rather than after the truck is dispatched. Orders of $499 or more ship free.
It ships by freight
Equipment this size ships bolted to a pallet on an LTL (less-than-truckload) freight carrier. That is a different service from UPS or FedEx: the carrier calls you to schedule a delivery window, and someone needs to be there to meet the truck and sign for it. You'll get the carrier name and PRO tracking number by email once it leaves the warehouse.
What the driver does
The driver brings the pallet to the back of the truck and no further. Standard freight delivery is to the curb or the end of your driveway, not into your garage, and the driver will not carry, position, uncrate or assemble anything.
If you don't have a forklift, ask us about a liftgate before you order. A liftgate is a powered platform that lowers the pallet from truck height to the ground; that's all it does. It does not move the pallet to your bay and it has a weight limit that some of the heavier lifts exceed. Once the pallet is on the ground it is yours to move, which for equipment this heavy means a pallet jack on flat, solid ground, or two to four people and a plan.
Call us at 406-604-0949 and we'll tell you honestly whether your delivery needs a liftgate, and whether the model you're looking at is too heavy for one.
Inspect before you sign
This is the step that protects you, and it takes ten minutes. Before you sign the delivery receipt, walk the pallet: check the crate for punctures, crushed corners and shifted banding, and check the column and rail surfaces for gouges.
If anything is damaged, write it on the delivery receipt before you sign it ("carton crushed, column scratched," whatever you see) and photograph it while the truck is still there. A signed clean receipt tells the carrier the freight arrived in good order, and once you've signed one, a damage claim becomes very hard to win. Note the damage, sign, keep your copy, and call us the same day at 406-604-0949. We'll get the claim moving with the manufacturer.
Returns
Return terms are set by the manufacturer and differ by brand, so we don't quote a blanket window or fee we might not be able to honour. Equipment must be unused and in its original crate. Call 406-604-0949 before you order if the return terms matter to your decision; we'll get them in writing for that exact model.
Transit damage is not a return. It's a freight claim, and it's ours to handle, not yours. It depends entirely on noting the damage on the delivery receipt before you sign. See "Inspect before you sign" above.
Payment methods
Wire transfer
For larger orders we accept payment by bank wire. Call 406-604-0949 and we'll send the transfer details and confirm the order once funds arrive.
Cards and wallets
Major credit and debit cards and digital wallets are accepted at checkout.
