Auxx-Lift

Auxx-Lift is a family-owned manufacturer in Moorpark, California, founded in 2012. The company states its motorized overhead storage lifts are assembled in the USA, and holds US Patent 9,572,427.

Capacities are 400, 600 and 800 lb depending on motor (235 W or 680 W), all running on 110–120 V single phase. Platforms come in 3’x6’, 3’x8’, 4’x4’, 4’x6’ and 4’x8’, with 13’-6" of travel — 18’-0" with the extension — and roughly a 30-second lift on a 9-foot ceiling. Frames are 15-gauge C-channel with a 4-gauge galvanized mesh deck and vinyl-coated steel cable.

Warranty: 2 years, plus a 60-day money-back period.

On certification: Auxx-Lift states its lifts are tested to UL standards with a minimum 4x factor of safety. That is the manufacturer’s own statement rather than a UL Listing, and no listing number is published.
